Das Bike stammt von einem Kumpel seines Onkels und wurde eher leidenschaftslos zusammengestrickt. Johannes wollte das Bike zu etwas Einzigartigem machen. Wer mich etwas kennt, wei\u00df, dass man mich mit so einem Stra\u00dfengef\u00e4hrt eigentlich nur schwer aus der Deckung lockt, aber ich konnte unserem flei\u00dfigen Content-Creater f\u00fcr Social\u2013Media keinen Wunsch abschlagen! Ich hatte den Anspruch, dass das Bike etwas Besonderes wird, etwas Einzigartiges, das sich von allen \u00fcblichen Standardl\u00f6sung aus dem Netz abhebt. Es sollte eine Maschine entstehen, mit der wir uns identifizieren k\u00f6nnen. Zum Gl\u00fcck war der T\u00dcV-Sachverst\u00e4ndige diesmal auf meiner Seite. Ich erkl\u00e4rte Johannes meine Ideen.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column column_width_percent=&#8220;100&#8243; position_vertical=&#8220;middle&#8220; gutter_size=&#8220;3&#8243; overlay_alpha=&#8220;50&#8243; shift_x=&#8220;0&#8243; shift_y=&#8220;0&#8243; shift_y_down=&#8220;0&#8243; z_index=&#8220;0&#8243; medium_width=&#8220;0&#8243; mobile_width=&#8220;0&#8243; width=&#8220;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8220;115038&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Wir bauen eine rassige 800 ccm Maschine, die sich mit leichten Kurbelwellen und gemachten K\u00f6pfen, sowie weiteren Modifikationen vorw\u00e4rts schiebt. Die Modifikation des Rahmens sollte folgenderma\u00dfen aussehen: SWT Rahmenverst\u00e4rkung f\u00fcr erh\u00f6hte Fahrstabilit\u00e4t, die Federbeinaufnahme umgesetzt und ein leichtes Rahmenheck mit nur einer Querstrebe wird ebenfalls angefertigt. Dann bekommt die Karre noch eine lange Schwinge \u2013 eine richtig lange, mit 100 mm Stahlrohr und einer Querversteifung. Johannes war ziemlich \u00fcberrannt, doch die \u00dcberzeugung von mir und unserem T\u00dcV-Sachverst\u00e4ndigen war gr\u00f6\u00dfer als jede Gegenwehr. Gesagt, getan. Das Rahmenheck konnte ich nur mit Johannes zusammen erstellen. Doch die Abgasanlage bereitete auch mir etwas Bauchschmerzen, daher musste hier Rudi von SR-RACING seine magischen F\u00e4higkeiten spielen lassen (Was war das f\u00fcr ein geiles Wochenende bei Rudi in der Werkstatt?). Nach dem Zusammenstecken begann noch der Bau der Starterbatterie &#8211; wir brauchten eine m\u00f6glichst schlanke L\u00f6sung, damit sie ihren Platz im Hauptrahmen fand. Diese Ausf\u00fchrung ist cool, aber die Montage leider nicht so einfach wie wir uns das gew\u00fcnscht hatten. Wer hier nicht aufpasst hat schnell mal ein paar Zellen zerst\u00f6rt. Als die BMW dann so vor uns stand, wurden noch ein paar kleinere Optimierungen eingabaut: der SWT Rallye-Luftfilter, Modifikationen an den Ventildeckeln und auch ein verfeinerter Kettenkasten machen die Black-Shadow einzigartig!
