Wir arbeiten schon sehr lange an unserem Tankprojekt, nach vielen\u00a0Anfragen bei einigen Kunststofftankherstellern sind wir immer wieder\u00a0abgeblitzt. Es kristallisierte sich heraus, dass es nur wenige\u00a0Hersteller von Kunststofftanks gibt, die ihren Tank als lackierbar\u00a0beschreiben w\u00fcrden.<\/p>\n

Die K\u00fcnstler der Kunststofftechnik aus Norditalien nahe Bergamo k\u00f6nnen sowas problemlos. Doch hier einen Anschluss zu finden ist nicht wirklich leicht. Jahrelang habe ich es bei Franco ACERBIS anklingeln lassen, doch ich wurde immer wieder mehr oder weniger abgewiesen. Im letzten Jahr war es so weit, die Hartn\u00e4ckigkeit und die Hilfe von freundlichen Kunden aus Italien haben mir die T\u00fcr zum \u201eHouse of Big Tanks\u201c ge\u00f6ffnet.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column column_width_percent=“100″ position_vertical=“middle“ gutter_size=“3″ overlay_alpha=“50″ shift_x=“0″ shift_y=“0″ shift_y_down=“0″ z_index=“0″ medium_width=“0″ mobile_width=“0″ width=“1\/2″][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=“203200″]<\/p>\n

Wir hatten bereits unser Design als 3D Daten dort\u00a0eingereicht, doch ich wollte von den Produktionsleitern und Designern\u00a0von ACERBIS noch etwas Beratung und Hirnschmalz f\u00fcr unser Projekt.\u00a0Der Tank wurde auf eine BMW Motorrad R 80 GS Basic gepackt und der\u00a0Anbau-Kit mit den Spezialisten besprochen. Wir mussten aber noch viele\u00a0weitere Mails und ein weiteres Treffen vor Ort hinterher schieben. Dieses\u00a0Briefing hat unser Projekt mega nach vorne gebracht. Hier ein paar\u00a0Features: Der Tank wird ca. 42 \u2013 44 Liter Fassungsverm\u00f6gen haben.<\/p>\n

Der Tank bekommt einen schraubbaren Tankdeckel (als Zubeh\u00f6r abschlie\u00dfbar) Der Tank besitzt auf der Oberseite 4 Gewindeeins\u00e4tze zur Befestigung von Tasche oder Kartenfach. Der Tank passt mit einem Befestigungskit auf jede BMW Motorrad R 2-Ventil Boxer. Der Tank passt au\u00dferdem auf den von HPN Motorradtechnik verst\u00e4rkten Motorradrahmen. Wir werden diesen Tank die n\u00e4chsten Monate auf den Markt bringen, leider durften wir im ACERBIS Werk nicht fotografieren und haben deshalb aktuell nur dieses Video als Information.
