Der eigentliche Umbau stammte aus dem Jahr 2009 \/ \u00a02010 und hat\u00a0 seit dieser Zeit schon einige Eins\u00e4tze hinter sich. Der aktuelle\u00a0 Besitzer w\u00fcnscht sich einen agileren Motor und eine stabilere und\u00a0 belastbare Kupplung. Der Motor wurde zerlegt, bei RPM \u00fcberholt und mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swt-sports.de\/de\/search?page=search&amp;page_action=query&amp;desc=on&amp;sdesc=on&amp;keywords=860ccm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>860ccm\u00a0 Siebenrock Zylindern<\/strong><\/a> versehen. Das getunte Aggregat pflanzten wir dann\u00a0 wieder in den verst\u00e4rkten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swt-sports.de\/de\/rahmenverstaerkung-bmw-schwingenumbau\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>EnduroBoxer Rahmen<\/strong><\/a>. Schwarz eingef\u00e4rbt sieht\u00a0 es nicht nur schicker aus, sondern kann die W\u00e4rme auch besser an die\u00a0 Umgebung abgeben. Das Getriebe wurde vor kurzem \u00fcberholt und konnte\u00a0 somit unver\u00e4ndert an den Block geschraubt werden. Zwischen\u00a0 Luftfilterkasten und den 32er Bing\u00a0 Gleichdruckvergasern mussten wir die\u00a0Ansaugrohre etwas angleichen. Die Luft wird jetzt durch einen\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.swt-sports.de\/de\/montageplatte-sportluftfilter-edelstahl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>W\u00fcstenluftfilter \/ Diese Kupplungsreibscheibe ist viel stabiler und\u00a0widerstandf\u00e4higer als die originale Sachs-BMW Kupplung. F\u00fcr ein\u00a0leichteres Kuppeln sorgt unser <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swt-sports.de\/de\/kupplungsnehmerzylinder-bmw-motorrad-2v-silber\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Hydrauliknehmerzylinder<\/strong><\/a>.
