Als erstes m\u00f6chte ich unserem Kunden f\u00fcr die Bereitstellung der Bilder seiner Lieblinge danken. Leider erhalten wir viel zu wenig Bilder von Umbauten, an denen unsere Teile verbaut sind. In diesem \u00a0Fall ist es nur das Kunststoff<\/strong><\/a>, welches wir unserem Kunden liefern durften, doch die Mopeds sind es wert, dass sie angeschaut werden.<\/p>\n

UFO Plast an der klassischen 500er Yamaha<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Bei der Yamaha XT 500<\/strong> wurde der Motor auf 535ccm aufgemacht, die Zylinderk\u00f6pfe stammen von einer deutlich j\u00fcngeren Yamaha SR und die Gemischaufbereitung erledigt ein BING Vergaser<\/strong>. F\u00fcr die richtige Steuerzeit sorgt eine ge\u00e4nderte Nockenwelle, die Abgasanlage ist einem Motocross Modell entnommen, in die Atmosph\u00e4re entweicht das Abgas aus einem vom Kunden selbst angefertigten Endschalld\u00e4mpfer.
\nDa das Fahrwerk nun nicht mehr den Anforderungen stand hielt wurde der Rahmen an einigen Stellen modifiziert. Die Schwinge ist ein kompletter Eigenbau. Sie ist l\u00e4nger und wesentlich stabiler als das der originalen XT. Auch die Lager wurden durch bessere Lagertypen und \u2013ma\u00dfe getauscht.
\nDas Maico Vorderrad wird von einer 40er Maico Gabel<\/strong> gef\u00fchrt. Die Plastikteile wie Kotfl\u00fcgel und Lichtmaske stammen aus dem UFO Vintage<\/strong><\/a> Programm.<\/p>\n

VINTAGE BMW<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die BMW im BMW Motorsport<\/strong> Look der Vergangenheit basiert auf einer BMW <\/strong>Motorrad R 75 \/ 5<\/strong>. Hier wurde als Antriebsaggregat ein BMW R 45 \/ R 65 <\/strong>Motorblock mit der gro\u00dfen Bohrung der R 100 R \/ GS Modellen versehen.<\/p>\n

Nach dieser Leistungskur hat der Boxer dann ca. 860 ccm. Mit diesen von Motorrad Schek in Wangen angelieferten Zylindern und den vielen weiteren Modifikationen des Kurzhub Boxers erreicht der schmale Bayer fast die 60 PS Marke.
\nAm Rahmen der BMW SIX-DAYS Replica<\/strong> wurde nur wenig ver\u00e4ndert, das Rahmenheck dagegen ist fast schon eine Eigenentwicklung. Die Schwinge einer R 45
\nwurde massiv verl\u00e4ngert, die Kardanwelle dem neuen Lebensraum angepasst und das Rad etwas umgespeicht. Die vielen Bodenwellen auf der Cross- und Endurostrecke werden zuverl\u00e4ssig von zwei Hydrocross \u2013 SACHS D\u00e4mpfern <\/strong>absorbiert.<\/p>\n

Die Schwinge ist auch wie in der Yamaha aus einer Maico. Die 40er Gabel<\/strong> f\u00fchrt das Maico<\/strong>-Vorderrad gezielt durch den Dreck. Um das ganze Bild etwas abzurunden wurde ein\u00a0 MAICO<\/strong>\u00a0 Tank samt der Sitzbankschale f\u00fcr das Gel\u00e4nde \/ Sport Projekt benutzt. Auch hier arbeitet das Krad mit einer Eigenbauauspuffanlage. Diese wurde nicht nur ab dem Kr\u00fcmmer modifiziert, sondern musste ab den Ausl\u00e4ssen neu geformt und gef\u00fchrt werden. Zwei gro\u00dfe Sammler sorgen f\u00fcr ausreichend Volumen.<\/p>\n
